Luxury Executive Loft 200

Luxury Loft 200 features 14' high ceilings, Terrazzo floors, Art Deco era architecture, and an ultra-luxurious 10x10 shower spa featuring a rainfall shower and oversized soaking tub. Loft 200 also boasts ultra fast WiFi, premium cable, and loads of natural sunlight with a view overlooking S31's private courtyard.

Location
Located in the historic Alexander Hamilton building, nestled in the heart of the Neighborhood of The Arts, School 31 is surrounded by Rochester's finest dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions. The world-famous Memorial Art Gallery is directly across the street and the George Eastman Museum, the Auditorium Theater, the Rochester Museum &; Science Center and so much more are all just steps away!

The Building
Stay in a working television studio! Much of School 31 is devoted to the filming stages of a national television Sit-Com! Don't worry, you have your very own private apartment nicely tucked away from the action, but you just may run into one of our guest stars who commonly stay in the building while filming! The lofts also feature props from the show as well as artifacts from Rochester film making history!

Guest Access
Guests enter the building through a dedicated and secure entrance with digital keypad access. From there, proceed up one level (via the stairs) to the top floor of the building to your private loft entrance. The loft is 650 square feet of luxury, private space.

Guest interaction
Service is our strong suit! Everything from walking your dog to serving breakfast in bed... Our professional staff is passionate about treating guests like royalty! Lunch, dinner, room service, wine service, and laundry service are all available for an extra charge. We do not charge our guests a cleaning fee, but rest assured our trained staff keep our lofts in pristine condition, corner to corner.

Guest park right on set... School 31 has a dedicated parking lot! School 31 Lofts are stocked with an iron, blowdryer and more!
